Where: The Carter Chicago - 1948 W Fulton St

When: Friday, March 10, 2023, 6:30pm to 11pm

Where to Parking: Limited parking in the lot and some street parking. We suggest taking public transportation or a ride share/cab

What to Wear: Wear festive Friday-night city/cocktail attire– jumpers or dresses, jackets or blazers, pants… Wear that fun item in your closet you’ve been waiting to wear (sequins?), or whatever you feel comfortable in to have a good time. No ties required. And don’t forget your dancing shoes!

Please help make the evening a success. Volunteer HERE to help check-in guests and sell raffle tickets. Shifts are short and a fun way to mingle!

YOUR TICKET INCLUDES

Food: Heavy Apps and Stations from The Fifty/50 Group, plus pizza donated from Homeslice. Then, finish the night with delicious desserts donated from Downstate Donuts, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Sweet Mandy B’s, & West Town Bakery.

Drinks: Ticket price includes a full bar plus signature Oscar-inspired cocktails

Entertainment: DJ Matt Roan rocking tunes all night

SILENT & LIVE AUCTION

Silent Auction: The Silent Auction is online and available for you to view and bid on from anywhere. You do not need to be in-person to participate in the silent auction. The Mayer Community and Neighborhood Businesses all came together to provide an incredible line up of items. Bid on restaurants, kids classes, spa packages, sports tickets and more. PLUS, sign up parties, the ever popular Mystery Boxes and other school related auction items! The silent auction will go live the first week of March. Stay tuned!

Live Auction: The Live Auction is an exciting part of the evening! Grab some fresh popcorn, candy, and a seat …. And get ready to bid on one of a kind vacations, boat trips, chef’s tastings and more in our live auction.

—> Do you have a vacation home, airline miles, sports tickets, and/or access to one-of-a-kind experiences that you can make happen? If you do or can think of any amazing donations, let us know!

Games: The night will feature the always exciting Heads or Tails, a Raffle for a trip to Mexico, Oscar Ballot Pool and more!

Swag Bags: What Oscar party is complete without swag bags? There will be some goodies to take home from our wonderful sponsors and donors.
