Oscar Mayer School Booster Club
The Oscar Mayer Booster Club is a volunteer parent-run organization that provides all Mayer sports teams with equitable financial assistance, support, and community beyond the school budget.
Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance the extracurricular experience of students by fostering a sense of community and providing financial support for our school's athletic and club programs.
We strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment that inspires students, families, coaches, school staff, and the broader community to come together and create a positive atmosphere for our athletic and club programs.
Through fundraising initiatives, volunteer efforts, and community outreach, we aim to provide the necessary resources and support to ensure that all students have access to high-quality programs. As a group of volunteer parents, we work closely with school administrators to identify areas of need and provide funding to supplement the school budget, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities.
How can you Support Mayer’s Sport Program
Student-Athlete Participation Donation
To support our athletic programs, we are asking for a $25 suggested donation from each Mayer student-athlete for each Mayer Athletic sport they participate in. Your contribution will directly help cover essential costs such as uniforms and competition fees. Our primary goal remains to ensure that all students have the opportunity to participate and thrive in Oscar Mayer Athletics. Thank you for your continued support!
Please note:
Families should not pay the $25 suggested donation until after the coach has placed the student on the team roster.
Athletic donations do not affect the playing time of a student-athlete.
Coaches will be unaware of a player’s donation status, and all conditions of being a team member apply as if the donation did not exist, including playing time based on the coaches’ decisions regarding an athlete’s ability.
Additionally, athletic donations do not confer any authority to make demands of the school related to the athletic department.
